Mule deer belong to the Cervidae family. They occupy a wide range of habitats from arctic tundra to tropical forests. Mountain deer can be found over most of the world. They are magnificent animals, with males being larger than females. An exotic breeder or special farms are the only sources of pets with endangered conservation status.
